Case Study 04 — StyleCraft Brand
How MadTech built StyleCraft's social media presence from scratch and drove 2M+ impressions, 48K new followers, and a 4.2× ROAS in just three months.
The Project
StyleCraft is an emerging Indian fashion brand selling contemporary streetwear. They had a great product and a small but passionate customer base — but zero consistent social presence and had never run a paid campaign before.
The brief: Build a recognisable social identity, grow an engaged community, and prove that Meta ads could drive profitable direct-to-consumer sales at scale.
StyleCraft had no social strategy, no content calendar, and no ad history — meaning Meta's algorithm had zero data to optimise against. Starting from scratch in a saturated fashion market.
We built a full content ecosystem — original photography, reels, UGC campaigns, and a micro-influencer network — while running a structured 3-phase Meta ads strategy to build, engage, and convert.
The Outcome
How We Did It
Created a full social brand guide — colour palette, typography, photography style, caption voice. Produced a 200-asset content library across 4 shoots before a single post went live.
Published 7 posts per week across Instagram and Facebook — a mix of product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes and UGC. Implemented daily community management to boost engagement signals.
Identified and activated 28 micro-influencers in the 10K–80K follower range — all fashion-adjacent, high-engagement accounts. This drove 340K impressions and 6,200 profile visits with zero ad spend.
Phase 1: Video ads for reach and pixel warm-up. Phase 2: Engagement retargeting with carousel ads. Phase 3: Dynamic product catalog ads to warm audiences — achieving ₹238 CPA and 4.2× ROAS by month 3.
"Before MadTech, our Instagram was an afterthought. Now it's our identity. People recognise StyleCraft on the street because of our content. And the ads? Best investment we've ever made — profitable from month two."
