We rebuilt the entire digital presence from the ground up — migrating to Shopify Plus, redesigning every page based on heatmap data, and deploying a full-funnel marketing automation stack.

How We Did It
We ran a comprehensive CRO audit using Hotjar heatmaps, session recordings, and Google Analytics funnel analysis to pinpoint every leak in the conversion funnel.
Our design team created a new visual identity system — clean, trust-building, mobile-first. Every page wireframed, prototyped, and user-tested before a single line of code was written.
