The Project
Luxe Properties is a luxury real estate developer based in Mumbai with properties in the ₹2–15 crore range. Their existing website looked like every other builder site — generic, slow, and unconvincing to a high-net-worth buyer audience.
The problem: Their sales team was getting calls from the wrong buyers, and qualified prospects were bouncing without submitting enquiries. The site wasn't doing justice to the brand or the properties.

We created a cinematic, immersive web experience that positioned Luxe Properties as a prestige brand — and built a smart CRM-connected lead funnel to qualify buyers.

Conducted 12 interviews with HNI buyers and sales staff to understand what makes a luxury property buyer trust a developer online. Built a new visual language around these insights.
Designed a full-screen, video-first experience. Dark luxury palette with gold accents. Smooth scroll animations and immersive property galleries that made visitors feel inside the property.
Built with Next.js for blazing performance and SEO. Integrated Framer Motion for animations, a 3D floor-plan viewer, and a virtual walkthrough module — all loading in under 2 seconds.
Built a multi-step enquiry form that scored leads on budget, timeline, and property type — routing hot leads directly to senior sales staff via HubSpot, cutting response time from 24h to 4h.
